Backstroke hand entries/ swimming techniques

Is there a way to reduce the amount of 'splash' when the arm enters the water during backstroke?

Hello thanks for your question you didn’t leave your name...

Yes there is a way to reduce the splash. When you enter the water you must enter the water little finger first by turning your hand. The reason you may be splashing the water is because you are entering the water with the back of your hand....

hope this is some help to you :) if you have any more questions please get back in touch

thanks again Dale :)
