breastroke legs swimming techniques
When I’m gliding during breaststroke, I sink too deep into the water. How do I fix this? Thanks!
Hi, you didn’t leave your name....yes this is common...very common I’m assuming you mean when you swim breaststroke your legs sink. I have swimmers in my adult classes who have this problem from time to time. It is mainly because when you kick your legs on the propulsive phase you are not pointing your toes out because you haven’t propelled yourself adequately and are not gliding fully then legs sink....to see what I mean in detail follow this link to my page about breaststroke legs. Hope this helps if you have any further problems please get back in touch....
