legs in front crawl
Should one actively turn one's hips as one breathes and rolls the recovering shoulder you just let there be natural passive twist?
Thanks for the question,
there should be a natural twist to the body with a little shoulder roll, but remember that if you twist you body from the shoulders the whole body will follow the legs knees everything. The reason your shoulder roll a little is to create more power to the shoulders so when you change the angle of your body you use different muscles and you are giving other muscles a rest....so roll your shoulders slightly as a natural progressive twist as you swim....
